Our Story
From Sky to Table
J's Cuisine: Seoul Eats was born out of a shared passion for great food and world cultures, brought to life by the J's family, all of whom come from the aviation industry. Owner James, an airline transport pilot, and his brother Jason, a former military serviceman currently training to become a pilot, teamed up with Jessica, a former senior flight attendant for one of the world's top airlines. Together, their extensive travels introduced them to diverse foods and cultures, inspiring them to start their own restaurant in February 2017.
